Arthur Akpodubakaye Congratulates Delta Speaker, Guwor On 44th Birthday, Commend his Leadership Qualities

The immediate Past Vice Chairman of Warri South West Local Government Area, Hon. Arthur Akpodubakaye has congratulated Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor on the occasion of his 44th birthday anniversary.

Chief Arthur Akpodubakaye in a statement made available to news men on Monday, commended the Speaker for exhibiting exemplary leadership and commitment to the ideals of democracy and rule of law.

Akpodubakaye who described Guwor as a leader of impeccable disposition, added that as a Speaker, he has been able to handle matters of state interest and has contributed to the development of the State.

He said, "On behalf of my family and the entire people of Warri South-West Local Government Area, I celebrate with one of Delta’s finest lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

Mr. Speaker, you have brought your  experience and worthy ideals to bear in the discharge of the functions of your office and we are entirely grateful to you.

“I therefore urge you to continue the good work of providing leadership in the House."
