Delta 2023: PDP’s chances threatened as Gbagi set for formal declaration on Saturday

The governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, in Delta State, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi has concluded plans to formally declare his intention to contest the 2023 governorship seat.

The declaration that has been scheduled to hold on the 25th of June 2022 at Ugbolokposo junction, by Falcon-Bay Filling station, Uwvie local government area, Delta State will be attended by thousands of supporters, followers, party national and state leaders.

Gbagi's wide acceptance across the state poses serious threat to the Peoples Democratic Party's  chances of winning the upcoming general election.

Gbagi who is a former Minister of State for Education defected from the PDP to SDP where he won the state’s governorship ticket ahead of the 2023 general election.

Prominent national leaders including Chief Edwin Clark have confirmed him (Gbagi) with blessings as the most qualify to govern the state and restore all that has been lost. 

PDP in Delta State will be facing Gbagi at the arena that is saturated with youths whose lives have been impacted positively by Gbagi.
