Petitioners Ready for Appeal Court as Tribunal Set To Deliver Judgment in Favor of PDP in Delta 

The Delta State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Asaba will be delivering judgment, today, Friday, September 29th, 2023, in favor of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and uphold the election of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwri, an anonymous source disclosed to this medium.

The source stated that; "The outcome is already known and petitioners will appeal any 'cash and carry judgment', the Judges in the Tribunal will do what they know how to do best and Delta State will continue in the old order if nothing is done.

"The Tribunal Judges fought for the PDP and will rule against all petitioners to keep Sheriff Oborevwri of the PDP. Nonetheless, the battle will be shifted to the Appeal Court for further adjudication.

"They have spent time putting finishing touches on how they will present their Judgements. 

"Those who know that the judgment will be a cash and carry judgment are ready to appeal instantly, an effort to save Delta State is worthwhile," he said.
