The Chairman of Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority Chief Ebikeme Bosin heartily welcome the performing national. party Chairman Alhaji (Dr) Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of the great APC to Delta State on a working visits to receive decampees from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to the ruling party All Progressive Congress, APC, and also 
attend other crucial meeting.
