Delta 2023: PDP Governorship Aspirants Gbagi, Sheriff Resolve to Work Together, 

Governorship aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP from Delta Central, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi and Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori have resolved to work together, stating that they are ready to support themselves if any of them wins the Governorship ticket at the primary election.

This came as a big surprise to their supporters on Sunday, 15th May 2022, during a meeting between Urhobo Traditional Rulers Council and governorship Aspirants who mandated all Urhobo sons and daughters contesting for the 2023 governorship election in Delta State to urgently meet among themselves.

Gbagi who is the oldest aspirant and foundational member of the party was privileged to lead the Urhobo traditional prayer with a colanut for Sheriff Oborevwori and other aspirats present. He stated that if Sheriff wins the tickets at the primary, he will work for him to win the general election.

He also prayed that if he (Gbagi) wins, Sheriff Oborevwori will work for him, stating that Sheriff is a younger brother who understands the dynamics of Nigeria politics.

According to Gbagi, "We have resolved to work together and promote understanding, collaboration and unity among us".
