Delta State Civil Society Organization Forum Loudens their  voice on ASU

The umbrella body of Civil Society and Non State Actors in Delta State ( DELCOF)  has called on the the Federal Government to immediately address and end the ongoing strike embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASU

In a statement with news men in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja  the  Chairman of the forum, Dr. Agboro Andrew strongly condenm the unserious manner in which Government have handled the Demands of ASU 

Stating that a country that careless about education of her citizens   cannot grow.

The prolonged strike does not tell good of the country, suspending the strike will serve as a panacea  of  avoiding  disasters associated with idle youths and it's secondary  security effects  in the nation.

He appeal to the government to listen to ASUU’s demands, as it will help set a good standard for education for a better tomorrow.

“If the strike is not called off, these students at home may become willing tools for national disturbance he added
