N'Delta Ex-Agitator Leaders Forum Felicitate Dennis Otuaro on Birthday, Appreciates His Selfless Leadership

Leaders of various ex-agitator camps from the Niger Delta region, led by self-styled General John Musa, Felicitate the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a statement jointly signed by the leaders of the group, including General John Musa (Chairman), Ebiye Godbess (Secretary), Samson Okou, and Jeremiah Oweilala, the ex-agitators described him as an outstanding leaders who has contributed so much to the positive transformation being enjoyed by the PAP beneficiaries.
"Today, we stand united to celebrate the efforts of Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, whose leadership has brought hope and opportunities to many of us who once walked a different path," said General John Musa. "The PAP has not only provided many with skills and education and has also given us a chance to reintegrate into society as responsible citizens."
The Ex-agitators leaders and camp owners in the Third Phase beneficiaries of the PAP, expressed their gratitude for the ongoing education and scholarship initiatives aimed at fostering peace and development in the region adding that they are hopeful of inclusion.
