N’Delta Groups Disagree on Removal of Otuaro as PAP Administrator

Niger Delta Libration Force, NDLF, has disagreed with Coalition of Civil Society, CCS, over their call for the removal of Dennis Otuaro as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP.

The leader of CCS, Mr Nakor Francis, had alleged that the Presidential Amnesty Programme had been passive since the appointment of Chief Dennis Otuaro as the Administrator, calling on the National Security Adviser to shop for his replacement.

However, NDLF, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Zone, condemned the call for the sack of Chief Dennis Otuaro as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP).

The Coordinator of the body, in a statement, Mr Kelly Rufus, in Port Harcourt, condemned the call by the Coalition of Civil Society Organizations in the Niger Delta barely one month of the Administrators appointment.

Rufus passed a vote of confidence on Chief Dennis Otuaro, the Administrator of the PAP, urging his detractors to sheath their sword for the overall good and development of the Niger Delta.

He said that the call for the removal of the administrator was done in a bad faith to destroy his image and discredit him before President Bola Tinubu who appointed him as the administrator.

Rufus, however, commended President Bola Tinubu for showing concern to the plight of the Niger delta people by appointing Chief Dennis Otuaro as the administrator of PAP.
