Odidi Youths Congratulates Okpoye On DESOPADEC Appointment, Promised Collaboration

Members of Odidi Youth Council in oil-rich Oml 42, Odidi Community, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State have congratulated Mr. Spencer Okpoye on his appointment as Commissioner in the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC.
President of Odidi Youth Council, Comr Kingsley Ekponimi, and the Secretary, Mamamu Bakkawei in a statement on Wednesday in Warri, congratulated Okpoye, former Senior Special Assistant to the Ex-Governor Okowa, describing the appointment as well-deserved.
They also congratulated Izoukomor Favour and expressed readiness to support oil-producing communities within the commission's mandate areas if given the opportunity.
The secretary, Bakkawei noted that Okpoye has shown political tact and sagacity in his many years of service to the state, stating that the "Commissioner will bring his wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of his duties even as he contributes his quota to the M.O.R.E agenda of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State.

Mr. Spencer Okpoye was appointed as the commissioner representing Ijaw Ethnic Nationality, in the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC).
Odidi Youth Council However commended Delta State Ex-governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori for the appointments.
