OTUARO @ 56, Arthur Akpodubakaye Celebrates Ex-Delta Deputy Gov. as Exemplary Leader 

The Former Vice Chairman of Warri South-West Local Government of Delta State, (Chief) Hon. Arthur Akpodubakaye has congratulated the immediate past Deputy Governor, his Excellency Deacon Kingsley Otuaro On his 56th birthday.

In a statement he signed on Tuesday, April 16th, 2024, copies of which were made available to News men in Warri Delta State, Akpodubakaye noted that the former Deputy Governor, "Otuaro is a quintessential leader, a patriot who is passionate, peaceful and exemplary.

"Thus, it is instructive to note that Otuaro has often chosen the path that promotes peace and good governance".

Akpodubakaye while pointing to Otuaro's demonstration of compassion and commitment to social responsibility noted that he  "celebrated his April 16, 2024 birthday among inmates of the Warri Correctional Center as a practical demonstration of Christlike quality of love for the downtrodden and humanity in general.
