PAP ADMINISTRATOR: Arthur Akpodubakaye Congratulates  Dennis Otuaro on Appointment

The immediate past chairman of Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta State, Chief Arthur Akpodubakaye has congratulated High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro on his appointment as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

Akpodubakaye in a statement on Friday, March 15th, 2024, said that Dennis Otuaro's success at the Amnesty office would be in the interest of the Ijaw nation, the Niger Delta and indeed Nigeria.

He also advised all persons who indicated interest in the job but couldn’t get it to support the new Amnesty boss in the overall interest of Niger Delta by making their experiences available to him.

Akpodubakaye thanked President Bola Tinubu, for finding Dennis Otuaro worthy of the appointment adding that Otuaro's wealth of experience and know-how will revamp the Amnesty Programme and advance the realization of its founding purpose and vision.

Otuaro holds a PhD in Comparative Politics & Development Studies; an MSc in Public Administration, and a BSc in Education.

He had previously served as a top-level executive of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) with a surfeit of experience across multiple sectors, including infrastructure development, security, environmental remediation, as well as oil and gas.
