Arthur Akpodubakaye Hails Tompolo As He Marks His 54th Birthday in Delta

High Chief Arthur Akpodubakaye, the immediate past vice chairman of Warri-South-West Local Government Area, Delta State, has extended warm congratulations to the prominent Niger Delta leader, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, as he celebrates his 54th birthday.
