CDBOF Coordinator, Tina Tobusi Congratulates PAP Administrator Dennis Burutu on Birthday Anniversary

     
The coordinator of Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro Foundation (CDBOF), Chief Tina Tobusi has congratulated High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) on his birthday anniversary.

In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen on Monday,  Tina Tubusi extolled Otuaro's tireless efforts in promoting peace, security, and economic growth across the Niger Delta.

She described Dennis Otuaro as a  bridge builder who has empowered many young people through education and skills development adding that Dennis Otuaro is a great blessing to Niger Delta region.
