Ex-Vice Chairman Akpodubakaye Makes Remarks to Celebrate PAP Boss Otuaro on Birthday Anniversary

The immediate past Vice Chairman of Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, High Chief Arthur Akpodubakaye has described Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) as a blessing to the Niger Delta region.

Arthur Akpodubakaye In a congratulatory message made this humble observation in his goodwill message on Monday to Dennis Otuaro on the occasion of his Birthday anniversary in Warri Delta State.

He described Otuaro as a detribalized Nigerian who believes in building and empowering people by contributing to security and economic growth across the Niger Delta region. 

According to Akpudubakaye, "High Chief Dennis Otuaro is a proud son of the Niger Delta who for many decades had been part of the peace and developmental trajectory of the region.

"Dennis Otuaro's name had become a recurring decimal for his significant roles in repositioning PAP for ex-agitators in the Niger Delta region to benefit and contribute to national Development.

"I am glad to join well-wishers in Ijaw Nation Deltans and all across the Niger Delta region to celebrate you on the occasion of your birthday anniversary; I wish you many more years, good health, and wisdom to pilot the affairs of the PAP".

Akpudubakaye prayed to God to grant Dennis Otuaro good health and prosperity, stressing that his enduring legacy of service would remain a referent point for many years to come.
