PAP Opens 2026/2027 Scholarship Applications for Niger Delta Students

The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has opened applications for its 2026/2027 Scholarship Programme, calling on eligible beneficiaries across the Niger Delta to take advantage of the opportunity to pursue their educational ambitions.

The scholarship initiative, being implemented under the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta, is part of the Programme’s broader human-capital development strategy aimed at expanding access to education and empowering young people in the region.

Under the leadership of PAP Administrator, Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the Programme has continued to place education and skills development at the centre of its intervention efforts, with the goal of equipping Niger Delta youths with knowledge and opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.

The opening of the 2026/2027 scholarship application is expected to provide eligible beneficiaries with access to further educational opportunities while supporting the development of skilled human resources in the Niger Delta.
